2WAY FM 103.9 is a not-for-profit organisation. We have around 50 dedicated volunteer presenters who operate on a roster, helping out with things such as management, recording/production, advertising/marketing, maintenance and fundraising.

We provide access to the community to promote any not-for-profit events via our community announcements, we throw our support behind other community groups and their projects by giving them air time and community service announcements played regularly on air.
