The 2026 Radiothon is coming soon!
From this Monday the 22nd to Sunday 28th June.
It’s our annual fundraiser for Hastings Community Radio. For one week we are asking the community for donations to ensure we stay on air. In recent years, 2WAY FM Radiothons have raised over $20,000. Listeners are encouraged to visit our website to place their donation, or they can call and speak to our volunteers at the station.
We use donations for everyday expenses such as electricity, insurance and licence fees. At times we need to upgrade or repair our transmitter, computers, CD players and other broadcast equipment. With increasing prices, we are now needing close to $100,000 per year to operate.
Community Announcements
We share free community announcements for local not-for-profit groups, charities and events across the Hastings and Port Macquarie region. We promote activities, meetings, fundraisers and markets.
If you are a not-for-profit organisation or charity and would like to promote your events, activities or meetings, please email us at least 7 days prior to ensure your announcement is aired in time.
